This professional building design consultancy specialises in the sensitive renovation of unique historic and architecturally interesting buildings which are often also listed.

After completion and finishing to a high standard using period fittings and furniture, the properties are available for holiday letting.

The company pledges that you will have a comfortable visit and guarantees that your stay will be memorable.

All of the properties are in locations of interest to the discerning visitor.

These include:

  • A regency stone gate lodge in the Welsh Marches at Welshpool. There is a delightful walk up the carriage drive of the Estate and Powys Castle is within walking distance.

  • A picturesque thatched Turnpike Cottage (a local landmark) on the edge of the Blackdown Hills, in Chard, Somerset close to the Dorset World Heritage Coastline.

  • A Victorian apartment at Buxton, a spa town famous for its Pavilion Gardens, Opera House and well dressing. Visit Bakewell, magnificent Chatsworth and Haddon Hall.

  • A barn conversion in the Manifold Valley on the edge of the Peak District (with cycle track adjacent) near to Hartington and Dovedale for lovers of outdoor pursuits.

  • Normandy, France – A rustic barn conversion in Gouvets (with original Argil walls) in delightful countryside and close to the D-Day landing beaches, Bayeux and Villedieu-les-Poeles (p.s. don’t go if you want nightlife or neighbours – and there are no street lights for miles – just stars).

  • Tarn Region, France – A stone-walled vine-pickers shelter converted to a small single storey holiday home for two with magnificent views to Cordes – an ancient Bastille city. Will you be fortunate enough to witness the phenomenon of Cordes-sur-Ciel?
