This delightful, unspoilt detached Victorian gate lodge, with exposed beams, and antique furnishings in its sympathetically restored interior, is across the road from the Llanfair narrow gauge railway and within 3 miles of Offa's Dyke.

Set 30 minutes from Lake Vrnwy's sailing, cycling and the RSPB reserve, its location grants easy access to beaches in Cardigan Bay and Snowdonia's mountains.

Shops, pubs and restaurants a short walk.

Welshpool is a great town and had everything we needed, from convenience food to dvd's to watch in the evening by the open fire. The quaint steam railway trip we took was something out of a fairytale and was located right opposite the property. "
