If you get up early you may
be fortunate enough to see the valley shrouded with mist and witness the spectacle that gives Cordes-"sur-Ciel" its name (Cordes
on the sky).
The building was constructed
in 1860 according to the date stone, to house migrant grape pickers from Spain. It has now been tastefully restored for use
as a holiday home providing single storey accommodation for two.
